布达佩斯兽医大学(University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest) 成立于1787年,是世界上历史最悠久的兽医大学之一,也是匈牙利境内唯一一所兽医大学。该校由匈牙利教育文化部监督和筹建,是具有兽医学博士(D.V.M.)、生物学学士和兽医学哲学博士学位授予权的著名公立院校。
此外,该校还被欧洲兽医教育机构协会和欧洲兽医联合会所认可,其文凭与欧盟其他国家的文凭享有同等的地位。学生从该校毕业后只要通过加拿大或美国的专业资格考试,即可获得居留权从而在北美地区工作。

匈牙利佩奇大学(University of Pécs)是欧洲第七所最古老大学(1367年成立)、匈牙利第一所国立大学、也是匈牙利第二大综合性大学。在过去的二十年里它逐步的扩展、于2000年1月由Janus Pannonius 大学、Pécs 医学院和Illyés Gyula 大学(Szekszard)三大院校合并成现在的佩奇大学。
